Edo is a small casual dining restaurant serving Japanese food including teppanyaki on the weekends. One of the better value Japanese restaurants in Subiaco, this is our local Japanese food place for lunch and takeaway dinner. The food is always good and well priced, the staff welcoming as well.
Lunch time during the week this place is packed, no problem though as you can phone ahead a takeaway order. This small restaurant for a casual meal is located just off Rokeby Road in Subiaco and it can be easily missed when walking along the main strip of Subi.
The Sashimi, Sushi, Teriyaki and Katsu Chicken are all very good, i have sampled them all on many occasions. Try the mixed entree platter, it comes with 8 parcels of steamed/fried goodies.
The Katsu Donburi is only $6.90 and well worth the money. It is basically rice and chicken katsu, a good serving amount.
You can also order a Katsu Don Donburi which is a Katsu Donburi plus an omelette.
